Cole Omololu
Mr. Omololu Cole holds a degree in Computer Science and Info-Technology from Bowen University Iwo.
He is a Certified Microfinance Banker from the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (M-CIBN 2018) and has 13 years of Microfinance Banking Experience.
His banking career started at Bowen Microfinance Bank in 2011 where worked as the IT Officer, Head of IT, and during this time acted in other capacities such as Head of Operations, Fund transfer Officer, and Cash Officer.
He successfully managed three migrations from various Core Banking Applications and also digitalized the process of the bank operations before leaving in 2023.
He joined Berachah Microfinance Bank in May 2023 as the Head of e-business and presently serves as the Acting Managing Director.
Mr. Obafemi Samuel Abiodun
Mr. Obafemi Samuel Abiodun is an experienced internal Audit and Compliance officer with over ten years of cognitive experience in Auditing and Microfinance Banking. He started his career with an audit firm Temitope Awe and Co. (Chartered Accountants) in 2013. He joined Parallex Microfinance Bank Nigeria in 2014 where he served as Internal Control Officer, Head of Operations, and Fund Transfer Officer. He later joined ARISE Microfinance Bank as Head of Internal Audit and Control Department.
Obafemi holds a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration from Kogi State Polytechnic Lokoja. He holds certifications in Project Management Institute Professional (PMPI), Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), and Enterprise Risk Compliance (ERC).
Agangan Helen
Mrs. Helen Agangan is a Chartered Accountant and certified microfinance expert. She has worked in various sectors with diverse experiences but she is passionate about banking, especially Microfinance banking.
She started her banking career in LAPO microfinance bank and then proceeded to a subsidiary of LAPO Microfinance Known as Micro Investment Support Services, where she held the position of regional supervisor. She also served as Head of operations and financial controller in other Microfinance banks.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Edo State University, Ekpoma, (now known as Ambrose Alli University), and a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Lagos. She has 18 years of working experience.
Tinuke Leye-Isola
Mrs. Tinuke Leye-Isola is a seasoned Banker with over twenty-five years of cognitive experience across different roles in the industry. She started her banking career with Societe Generale Bank Nigeria Limited in 1988 where she worked in International Operations, Branch Operations, Treasury, and Account Department.
She joined Wema Bank in 2007 were she served variously as Head, Foreign Currency Transactions in the Treasury Operations, Head, Learning & Development in Human Capital Management, and Business Development Manager.
Tinuke holds a Diploma in Banking and Finance from the University of Lagos, a BSc in Banking and Finance from Ogun State University now (Olabisi Onabanjo University) Ago-Iwoye, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, as well as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria. She also holds a Certificate in International Financial Reporting, ACCA, UK.
